Hey guys.

I'm so sorry but this is gonna be a little bit whiney....But maybe one of you can kick me into touch

You see the other day my boss pulled me into the office, very worried about me. She and some of the other's on my team
have noticed a change in me the last few weeks. I know that over the last couple of months my parents have had a few problems
and being so far from home, there hasn't been much I can do and a few weeks ago I had a trapped nerve in my back and made me ill for
a while. It's just that since then, my confidence has been shot and I'm having a really hard time picking myself back up.
It sounds so stupid but I fell really down and I can't put my finger on why. Last week when we went to see Wicked, I was
so over come with doing something for myself, the tears would'nt stop for ages. Does that sound stupid? I just seem to
have lost myself for a while.

I need a good kicking I think!
